Be patient. Results take time but if you're consistent, they absolutley will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly, even in 30 days you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes! CrossFit is a community, and we train together! We primarily coach group classes to allow you to work out alongside others and make new friends who might share the same interests as you both in and out of the gym.

3 classes/week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while to develop the habit, but eventually you'll start to crave your daily workout. Over the first few months, many members work their way up to training 5-6 days/week.
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you... As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. Cash payments can be made for non-recurring membership options (drop-ins, paid-in-full memberships, etc). We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
Our class program will include a strength or skill portion in which you'll work on something like squatting or pressing, or you may work on a skill like pull-ups or rope climbs. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, we follow it up with an intense conditioning piece that's generally between 5 to 20 minutes.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods?
Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It's a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You'll get hooked on feeling good and realize junk food just isn't worth it.
